Zone has plenty of content already and plenty potential. No one has yet executed it correctly, though. The focus has always been on quantity, but by focusing on that, people have been blind to the potential content that can easily be made by improving the quality of something. *cough* missions.

I mean, I get why Geno would be mad at Chelt, but other people are saying Chelt has failed, before he even has a chance to get anything done. I'm not saying he will succeed, nor am I saying he will fail. I hope for Zone's sake that he succeeds in improving Zone. It all takes time, though. A manager needs to lead, and execute ideas & projects. Obviously it hasn't worked in the past with the staff we had, so trying something new like taking in these staff is a good idea. I don't want to go on some rant against someone else, but people keep saying Silver and FR should be managers. Silver has only had LATA position in leadership, and he did good there. That's all he's been able to prove, though. (That's not saying he shouldn't be able to prove he can lead, because I believe he should). FR, however, has had many leadership positions and has proven that he can't handle it. We need something new for management, and we currently have that. After this temporary period of management is over (and hopefully Zone has been much improved), then we still need someone new for permanent management, and Silver is the best choice for that.
