As a person who is around admins a lot I can tell you, the ones who don't answer their pms are usually hanging with friends.
That's why I like lava and lay. They hang and still do their job

MHM sure whatever. Just because they don't respond to you doesn't mean they're slacking. Besides how would you know? Are you with them everywhere they go? Think about it!
And BTW admins are allowed to have breaks you know. Have you seen a job where someone has to work 24/7? Didn't think so
