only reference i can make it, drinking and driving thing. they higher the age to 21 and accident rate have gone down.
guns become illegal and government takes all the guns = less gun violence.

The government cannot just "take all the guns." That's a stupid thing to even suggest. Maybe it's almost possible in a tiny, little European country, but not the United States.
