Hell no. Medical science is never 100% accurate. Unless they purposely harmed someone, they should have no penalties. I guess negligence would also be a valid reason, but simple mistakes or accidents happen, and they shouldn't go to jail because of them. If they spend their lives trying to save and protect people, and then they're treated like garbage because they make mistakes like everyone else, then that profession would be damaged, and coild even cause less people to go into that field, which could cause even bigger problems. Seems a lot like the same situation the police (in America) are going through. (I don't want to make this about the police, just comparing.)
