Kids are stupid. Overwhelmingly stupid.

People, kids especially, will do things they know are wrong. I know I did when I was kid, and guess what? I learned from it. Some of them my parents know about, some they don't.

Did you do anything you know was wrong as a kid? We both know you did, why am I asking this?

For the topic of CS Skins, aslong if its just skins and their parents knowingly gave them the money to get those skins, I don't see a problem. But we're not really discussing that, we're talking about kids who stole CC information for that stuff and wouldn't be able to get money back.
