Pretty cool portrait Motrox, though i'd say its a bit dark to say the least. Makes it a bit hard to read in some parts, especially the lip area. Id say brighten up the colors a bit and perhaps play with the hue shifting a bit more. Also, it would definitely benefit from AA around your silhouette.. the current jaggyness makes it seem pretty unrefined and unfinished. Lastly, id say you could tighten up and refine your clusters a bit better to help produce more solid volumes.

Though, my nitpicks aside... you did a great job and have come a long way sir!
