That's true, I was only thinking about towering when I wrote that. I don't think spar guilds greatly benefit from more members though, or am I wrong? They don't really need 25 members considering the GST is for five cores and two subs. As for social guilds, fp4 didn't show anything about allies yet, and those provide plenty spots for an active guild chat.
