Can anyone confirm the rumor that if you name an Eevee after one of the Eevee brothers in the anime (Pyro, Sparky and Rainer), it'll evolve in the corresponding Eevolution?

I dunno, man, before I evolved my eevee I kept saying out loud to my phone that I wanted a jolteon and lo and behold it evolved into a jolteon. I think it listens.
