Ok, so I have deleted my game/ap, downloaded it again, and revoked access to all other devices. I still can't log into the game without being at home and/or connected to the wifi network. My phone is set to use mobile data and it is on the LTE service.

Also, ever since the rain went away, I can't kill pyrats in the caves with my arrows. The arrows just fly right through them. These are not the pyrat quest pyrats, btw. I'm talking about the pyrats in the rail way caves to the left of the pyrat quest. This may be another problem entirely. Not sure if these problems are related.
