Is account sharing allowed and what are the consequences? I've noticed players flag change from one country to another in a short period of time.
So if this isn't allowed, why hasn't it been enforced and dealt with? An example is attached below (whereas the flag changes from US to Honduras, back to the US in less than a few hours):
