Anyone seen this video?

This is the first video that appeared on the internet showing the car stopping past a stop sign, then honking at the kid on the skateboard. The skateboarder then proceeds to hit the guys windshield with his skateboard and runs off with the passenger chasing him. Many people feel the kid was in the wrong because he cracked the guys windshield for no apparent reason right? Just because he ran the stop sign and honked?

It clearly shows in this one that the guy almost hit the kid because he didn't stop at the stop sign like he should have. People are still justifying that the kid shouldn't have overreacted because he's not the one thats going to be paying for that windshield anyway.

Who do you think was mostly at fault here?
