a few of my friends and i got banned and they got all their items (hats, mounts, furni, actions, etc) removed from their acc, and i wanna know if thats like legal?????? can a game just get rid of the things you used real money to buy??

Doesn't happen for no reason. Don't know what you're expecting to be told when your story is missing parts here and there.
