The issue with 'streaking' for consecutive pyrat days is that it doesn't allow you to activate the quest until after you finished it the previous day... the timer more or less forces you to miss a day once a week or so, due to timing restrictions.

Right.
The system would have to be changed to a once a day system as a oppossed to a every 24 hours system.
