I'm going with she exploited something. Just think about it, almost any game you play if you exploit something you'll be banned and usually reset or have items taken away.

i still dont understand why the items of their accounts were taken away. i believe they should be banned for a long period of time if graal believes the issue is
so serious, and take away the items bought with cheated money, not the items that had nothing to do with the reason they got banned.
further question- is there anyone i could talk to who is high up on the graal team who knows a lot of information, because graal support is as helpful as s*** and id like to actually discuss the reasoning behind this with a real person giving me real answers.
