If this is true then there is no chance she will ever receive anything back.

Any game is allowed to take away everything on your account for something like this since you're breaking the Terms of Service which you agreed on by even playing the game (plus it's common sense like really).

I also find this the right thread for her to post this to be honest. Her stupidity made me laugh.
