I don't like Hilary but it's important to note she didn't volunteer for the rape case and tried getting out of it, it was something she was appointed to do and she couldn't refuse it as it's a legal obligation.

But yeah, she did say try to throw out the girls credibility by saying she "is emotionally unstable with a tendency to seek out older men and engage in fantasizing" which is a ****ty thing, but legally she has to defend her client to the best of her ability and was just doing her job (and the victim had been known for making past false accusations) which gave her some basis from the statement.

I do believe she was raped however and the reason there was never physical evidence is because investigators decided to cut-off a piece of the bloody underwear so when Hilary's forensic team tested it they said due to it being cut off there wasn't enough to give an accurate result, I think most likely this was just a bulls**t to win the case.

But yeah, she's done things way worse to women than Trump has.
