Hi, I recently uploaded a Poptart head which was God Awful because I thought I'd get away with sending it in unshaded... so I've fixed it up and resent it. almost immediately Julius declined it
The reason was that it had
incorrect dimensions. I was wondering why it got declined so I checked and it said what i thought, it was the wrong template/all over the place :/ I assure you it is the right template... So can someone explain my problem.
