How come we aren't allowed to wear halloween hats from previous years to get candy from the NPCs? Seems like all it wanted us to do was just wear a costume but it wouldn't accept any of the other halloween style hats I had unless if I wore the ones from the current Taylor Richaards shop.  |
The hats from last years Taylor Richaards shop work too, otherwise you can't do the npc parts
