Can't tell if you're trolling right now. But I'll explain it again.

It doesn't imply that at all, I literally just told you that Trump is biased because he wants himself to win (in reply to you suggesting he wasn't biased, which he obviously is). All candidates want themselves to win, I feel like that doesn't need to be said.
