I was just saying it would be great for them to have more effort with permanent content because they are doing great with limited time holiday content.

You weren't around for the original deadwood, were you? pretty much everyone thought it was the most useless area ever (it was). There's no reason to keep a halloween town around year round.. It's like keeping your christmas lights up all year.
