With any ios system 9.3.5 and above, you can no longer downgrade your phone. This was enforced due to the large amounts of jailbreaks and glitches accessible with ios 9.3.3. Even if you have a previous backup of your phone, it will still revert to the highest ios system you have upgraded to.
