I didn't mean that Halloween town should be year town I meant more permanent new areas like destiny, as in a whole new town. New towns are quite useful and destiny did get a little boring after awhile but there are still important things to go there for.

You do realize there is barely anything to go to destiny for other than towering, crab chance, boots or a mount. It's pretty clear that most players don't go there very often. Permanent new areas also require a lot of effort in making. It's easy for you to say, it's not as easy to actually do.
