I didn't mean that Halloween town should be year town I meant more permanent new areas like destiny, as in a whole new town. New towns are quite useful and destiny did get a little boring after awhile but there are still important things to go there for.

Making a bunch of new land is a pointless idea, half the land we have already is bare.
