There have been more than just these two though, but those are the more significant ones. Instead of "can't," as in it's out of the realm of possibility, I should say she won't. I think the FBI concluding their "second look" at her emails makes it even less likely. People are getting exhausted by hearing about her criminal investigations. The more it happens, the cleaner it makes her appear.
