Internet freedom, even if it's unsafe people can decide wether they want to take the risk to explore or not.
The option is out there, rather have them do it the safer way than just being stupid enough to download tor right away after seeing this thread
I do understand it's a bit of a controversial thing on a forum that's supposed to be teen-friendly but still.
