Essentially no repetition/extreme similarities to past hats are allowed (I think), and anbu masks of the specific kind that is off of the anbu mask template (which would count as an edit, something not allowed) are not going to be accepted especially considering it's off a premade template for masks lol. Only chance is if it's from scratch IMO
I mean, if it's not off of the exact anbu template it would be possible -- just a warning to ppl who are thinking of just editing the basic anbu mask template like many 1k guilds have! Better not to take all that time and effort, and then come back empty handed
