Early on this year i did use to bring up problems on zone in these forums briefly, so yes you can say i did switch sides  reason why is because i know how to go about the situation. Im actually helping the server instead of **** talking it daily.
The way Cody should have gone about it after being fired for toxic behaviour was apologise and say he will be better, not try and start more stuff. |
How exactly are you helping server? can you name one thing in where you've benefitted Zone?

i know cody has a bad temper he lit on fire when someone talks about his ex so his ban reason isnt non existant.

but i seen too many ex staff that get fired deny getting fired because they want to work at other servers when they get fired.
tay made some fancy gfx tho and chelt is a leveler i dont think it matters if a manager script or not

compare it with delt staff man their manager warlord cant script cant lat idk maybe he got his job with his shiny teeth only to have 3 players every day so thats why i said zone is doing a good job

Thank you for keeping an open mind on this! Am I and Cody going about this the wrong way? Perhaps, but it's the way we feel we can cater towards the entire community.
Also, Cody doesn't have that bad of a temper, he just argues very passionately for the things he believes in (which I believe is a very good trait!)
Cody and I don't want to get rehired on Zone or any other server for that matter, even if we were presented with the opportunity, I'm not sure if either of us would accept it. There's a chance this could change in the future, but for now neither of us have any intentions on working for any server again.
Yes - Warrlord doesn't know how to script and sure, you don't necessarily have to be able to script to be a good manager. However, you do need to have concrete leadership skills and that's something I believe Tay and Chelt lack. Nothing would make me happier than to be proved wrong, however at this moment I don't see that happening.
