Thats absolutely fin, i have questioned many things too, but i dont say anything and i try to take it upon myself to talk why i believe not about something specific, and dont resort to a harsh opinion.
I feel like you have good intentions but you are going about it the wrong way :/

I'm well aware you don't say anything, hence your reason for being fired off the team the first time. My intentions are seen good and clear by other members of the staff team who have taken a side with me. I've grown to be harsh yes, but I think I can justify it with the events that have unfolded throughout my time on the server.
