If you bough gralats and didn't receive them you should contact toonslab, I'm sure if you provide them with a receipt then they will sort their issue out.

As Saber said, contact support and with the receipts and it will be sorted out. Make sure to provide as much information as possible, including your account ID which can be found in feedback.
It can take a little while to get a response depending on ticket volume, but if you do provide all the information you should get a response and the gralats you purchased.
You can always try directly emailing
[email protected] with attached receipts, but it shouldn't really make a difference as far as response times go.
