At least I think this was from Demons of Babylon. Or some other FB server guild. A ton of people who werent even in the guild got the hat, before the 25 max. rule.

Used to be their FB 1K hat but their leader messed something up (even l had the hat without holding a tower for a single minute) and got into an argument with staff so he ended up getting his hat removed. Then someone decided to make it an event reward.
Skill-wise is Rebellious 1k the best for me, Petz did an amazing job
