I had this same issue a couple of years ago. My email had "suspicious" activity going on with it and yahoo had logged me out of my email. Unfortunately, I had forgotten my password and could not identify myself. I was able to email toonslab support and resolve the situation fairly easily in one or two emails. I'm not sure how the new system works, but I would just create a new account and go through toonslab about the situation and see what they can do from there.
