 Okayyy soo my point was, someone needs to fix or replace the test server coz it's affecting Geno's workflow which will also affect the output and time consumed just to rebalance everything. If he could balance the guns in game faster, he could finnish right away and focus on planning and developing projects instead. i just felt that fixing the test server should also be a priority too so gun stats does not need to take up alot of updates just to be finalized and for future Ga's to not have a hard time or potentially screwing the stats up! |
I think the issue Chelt had with that is he was still a bit wary with giving Geno such a free range after what all had occurred surrounding Geno. I can't penalize Chelt for that because it's expected for anyone to be wary. However, I did suggest multiple times that he assigns someone to approve all actions Geno does or have a strict eye on him so we can rebuild trust with him. Lack of trust destroys a team
