Its not frowned upon but it hurts competition when someone is sitting outside a tower glutched on a wall spamming there sword watching tv and getting much faster pks than someone who has to earn them at a tower.

They don't HAVE to earn them at a tower. Pilots who fly from LA to New York don't fly through Europe to get there.
