In the process of uploading I received very ambiguous and unclear reasons as to why I got denied. After taking some time to edit and even rename the file (this process happened twice and other the course of at least a half hour) I kept getting ambiguous messages and then I was banned with no warning. Again, I've uploaded multiple times before and I know the whole process; I've resubmitted graphics before and it's been fine.
I started out extremely polite, and after they didn't respond I assumed that the ban would only last around a month or so. It was only after such a long time when I tried to upload a new head and found out that I was still banned did I basically give up on being polite.
I think that if staff is going to be super ambiguous with their replies and lack the patience to deal with uploads they shouldn't be given the power to ban you from uploading, y'know? I'm not upset that I got banned, I'm upset that I got banned
indefinitely.
Edit: Meant to reply and !!!!!

If you're not willing to provide all information in a ticket (GraalID, name, issue, possible proof) then you shouldn't expect to get support.
Also, you'll probably have a better chance of submitting a ticket now because they've had issues with the whole ticket system before.
Any staff will just redirect you back to support as will every person on here aswell.
Polite tickets get everything done, that's the case for me atleast.

You must be magic because I just got unbanned! I still think that there should be improvements in regards to how upload bans are handled but...
it's a Christmas miracle.
