I lik this ideabut it should only display until after a certain amount of rating because then id just rate my house on a noob acct then block ppl from emtering and boom 5 star rating forever

To solve that problem, have a system set so if your house has not gotten a rating in the past 24 hours, it will go down a star or two.
That way, rich people like 'papa' won't be stuck on the rating board forever with 5-stars.
