Cockroaches can be found by going around the many tunnels in Graal, including the Bandit Caves and other miscellaneous caverns. At other times, you can find these lil' buggers in any bathroom, as they can also be found in "Dirty Areas".

Oh damn.. that seems a bit obvious now that you say it, all the typical places you'd find them. I'll have to keep an eye out for them next time!
