Belle: simply for GSing, but the railroad makes it a short trip to MoD as well
Onnet: closest warper to the Battle Arena and to Sard's, and not too far from MoD
Swamp: closest to 2 towers, Swamp and Destiny

Looked into some others, but decided they weren't worth it:
