Can't really have that implemented because of how far you are from the server.
Quick example : Servers being hosted in Texas (if I recall properly) people who live far away from this place will have higher ms than those who live closer to it. I have a decent connection, around 40ms, when it comes to Graal I have around 150-250ms only because I live far away from where the servers are hosted.
Implementing this system would be unfair to those who actually don't lag, but just suffer from the distance between them, and the server.

250 ms was just an example, I don't really know what is the ping of a "lagger"
My ms also goes to 250 sometimes bc i live in london which is quite far from the server. Of course it would be un-fair if u guys don't allow people with 250ms or above to join queue. But as i said 250ms was just an example, the point of doing this update is to unable players that has a massive lagg+warps to queue because that's when you can say it's un-fair to spar those kind of laggers. Admins knows best what is the minimum ping of having a normal connection ON THE GAME, another example would be unable players to join queue with 500 ms or above.
