This is probably asking for a lot, as it'd require some sort of scripting to go along with the hat, but it'd be cool if the event prize hat interacted with your winning partner when you're near them. Like, if the hat animated in some way or changed somehow when you're near the person you won the hat with.

As incredibly awesome as that would be, I think the scripting it would require for that to happen would be too much for something like a hat. Maybe some kind of prize in the future we could do something like that.
Edit: Dusty just said that would be completely impossible to do something like that for a hat. But maybe a gani or something in the future :o
@Everyone else: I shall make the rose/flower crown hat for the prize, then!
