It seems that stats aren't that important. However, I believe they are since it indicates how much time/effort the player has put into the game. This generally shows that the player is experienced and is passionate about the game, thus they will be more willing to improve other players' game-play and theirs by moderating since they themselves are an active member of the server.

Yes, it's true that low stats doesn't always mean they're inexperienced. However, I can understand why some people are upset. Personally,I think that 25 pk's and 3100 baddy kills is quite low. This may also indicate that the GP has some gaps in her knowledge and may not be able to help when certain questions are asked. With private online time, it shows that the GP is not confident about her hours; it might be quite low (nothing wrong with that). BUT combined with 0 spars, it's just a huge indicator that they're inexperienced. I mean, do they even know what the battle arena is? etc
