If GPs gave 1/10000000 of a crap about what happens in battle arena they would have known a long time ago. You're just proving to me that battle arena is not a well patrolled area of iClassic. Because people with 0-0 stats don't care about what happens there, naturally.
Also the fact that carly (or any equivalent speeder/booster) is capable of outsmarting any GP is a joke. She did it in front of literally every person in the arena.

It's almost like reviewing chat logs for dealing with incidents is a lot easier than analyzing every single report about "speed hackers." Do you know how many people report others for hacking just because they lose? And when that happens you have to sit there for minutes on end waiting for them to slip up again. And that's only if it's an obvious hacker. Its the subtle ones that make it hard to detect and that takes even longer and in the end they need to decide if that person is moving juuuuust slightly faster than others for a minor advantage. With no hard evidence to back it up.
Oh, and then if they do get banned they just come back in a few minutes on a fresh account and do this for hours until they get bored. Meanwhile someone gets reported for something they say and it takes a few minutes to check their chat and see if they actually said it. Easy!
And guess who she didn't do it in front of? GPs, the only people who matter when it comes to witnessing! It doesn't matter if she got reported 50 times in an hour, that's not evidence. People file false reports all the time and sometimes they even organize their friends to all report people to try to get them in trouble.
Sorry, but hacking is the most difficult thing to deal with. The only way to truly detect is either obvious hacking(moving insanely fast or not losing health), or having the numbers to back it up. Hackers have learned that keeping their speed boost subtle and within the margin of error of detection tools keeps them safe. Or to do so sparingly so they lessen their chance of getting caught.
The fact that she
was caught is proof they handle it when there is actual proof.
