First you must make sure the parts you want transparent don't have any color, ex. you have to erase everything so you can see a grey+dark gray checkerboard pattern (might differ depending on what you use to pixel) then you MUST save as a png. If you posted what you needed to be transparent i could just do it for you if you'd like.

I think I got it? Changing my submission because I ended up not really like my cupcakes sooo... I did this instead
Let me know if I should do the smaller version of the states too... didn't know how to resize it without ruining the quality of them. Thx.
Edit: Changed the full heart cone so the little drop wasn't blinking, but falling, liked it much better. Tell me if I can improve it somehow
