Right? I love having so much variety now. Feels like a new quest everyday. I even go back after my quest is finished to see what other baddies I may want to go after. I like being given a sort of choice of what to do even after I have obtained my bounty for the day.

Not only do I like the variety, but it's the exploration factor that really makes it special.
even if black slimes and bats are a bitch to kill
