I think I had mentioned it at the outset as a foreseeable issue.
Some things to consider might be
- limiting the number of houses a player can like in a day
- making it a 'rating' system instead of a 'like' system with a leaderboard
- removing shield/sword graphics as displayable in furniture pieces
- only allowing VIP members to register on the leaderboard (or take part in the 'like' system)
- add the word "House" to the swear filter (lol)
- re-instate the annoying idle warp, but to extremely distant locations
- remove the ability to lock down bushes
