First of all you would be dead if you had an IQ of 5 or less. Second of all that's like saying a 20 year old has a mental age of a 1 year old or less. Third of all IQ is completely meaningless to how smart a person is if you were thinking of it in this way. A lot of mentally ******ed people are savants at things you wouldn't even imagine accomplishing.
