Based on the quotes Strum posted, I don't really see any problem. I haven't read articles about this lady and most likely won't because I don't care too much about foreign politics. The quotes from her seemed like what Trump would say, but in a less stupid way.
The quote on homosexuality seemed offensive, but the quote didn't seem hateful in any way.
The quote on reproduction is radical, yes, but I don't see what's so wrong with that comment. Many religious people actually believe that the role of women/people in general is to reproduce. The radical part of it is that she wants to impose that ideology on the people, but that's no different than issues in America like gun rights, abortion, healthcare, etc.
The HIV comment was dumb for a politician to make, but it's basically true. A politician should probably try to remove that image from people infected with HIV but that's her problem if she wants to enforce a stigma.
Nothing seemed really radical and bad, though.
