3) We host it in pairs of admins. So if we have questions we can ask others who have done this millions of times to make sure that we don't ruin the GST for a bunch of snotty 12 year olds that then run to the forums to complain about it.

You clearly don't know about the game itself enough to be monitoring it lol. Just because you see the same usual 10-15 players complaining on the forums every GST season, doesn't mean the other 300+ participants are the same way. Most of us enjoy participating in the event for
fun, and the hosts we've had in the past year or two have been amazing at managing the event. If you're going to target your posts towards specific players, atleast quote them.
