but i wouldn't recommend it if you want to lose weight in a healthy way. i've been doing it before and lost about 7kg in one month (before i got caught : ^( ) but it makes you tired and of course, hangry...
so... just follow a diet plan and exercise a lot? patience and determination is all you need (=^ ◡ ^=)!!

Don't eat ice it can chip your teeth :/
Its okay to suck on it but eating ice has some bad consequences for your teeth.
But instead I recommend you get a pet dog. That way you can take it out for walks while exercising ^~^
Plus depending on the breed they can be great motivation to go outside :3
But I guess if you have a cat you can take it out for walks as well :3
