Peoples nonsense about counting calories and eating cale will turn you into a californian and nobody wants that to happen to them.
Just learn how to cook eat some good food but avoid that storebaught junk and frozen food.
Get natural fruits and vegetables and make pasta and other good food.Go to the gym 2-3 times a week you will see a difference.
And lastly replace chips with nuts
any nuts peanuts,cashews ect.

You can't actualy do that outside of the U.S most countries don't list the amount of callories you're eating,then again most countries have better food.
This practice could lead to an obsession and possibly anorexia so I suggest you stay out of it.
