It seems like you've done some thinking and figured out where your mind is at, but I only ask of you to do one thing, and that's to not rush anything. As millennials, we grow up in a culture without patience that, obviously, teaches us to be impatient. And that makes us to want everything now, rather than patiently wait for it to be earned overtime through hard work and charisma. Don't quit your entry level job right away because you aren't "making a difference." Rushing your ambition is what separates the greats from the not-so-greats. It comes in time, so don't rush it. One day you will be great, and although we only have 100 years to live, that day is not today.
I know you pretty well from what you've said and shared with us and I've seen what you can do. It'd be a shame to lose someone with your talents due to the society we had no choice but to grow up in.
